Personalised running programAfter filling out a questionnaire and waiver, we will have a phone consultation to go over your details. I will then create a personalised training program for your event. I will send this out in four week blocks, with a phone consultation to clarify. Of course, you can email anytime with questions! The program is fully adaptable any time if any work or life issues come up. The cost of this program is $120 per month.

3 month set training programsI can plan three month training block cycles for your next A-race or races. This is for someone who prefers to know what they are doing well in advance and is self-disciplined enough to stick with it! Included are email and phone consultations at the beginning and end of each cycle, as well as ongoing email support. The cost of a 3 month program is $300

Strength Training Programs: stand alone or add-on
I can plan for you a customised, periodised strength training program for your next event, or simply to make you stronger for running in general. As a stand alone program, the cost is $40 per month, as an add-on to your running program the cost is $25 per month.
