Trail Running/Hiking Pole Handling Skills Session Sunday 7th February 2pm - 3.30pm
A hands-on 90 minute session for beginners and new users of hiking poles, as well as those wanting to refine their skills. You will learn how to use poles correctly on technical and non-technical trails, whether running or hiking. Poles are only useful if you can use them confidently! This session will help you gain confidence with hiking poles. Classes capped at 8 participants.
