Three month running program
Three month training block cycles for your next A-race or races. This is for someone who prefers to know what they are doing well in advance and is self-disciplined enough to stick with it! Included are email and phone consultations at the beginning and end of each cycle, as well as ongoing email support.
Pole Handling Skills Session 1st February 7am
A hands-on 90 minute session for beginners and new users of hiking poles. You will learn how to use poles correctly on technical and non-technical trails, whether running or hiking. Poles are only useful if you can use them confidently! This session will help you gain confidence with hiking poles. Minimum 2 participants
