What's involved?


●    A 28-Day program with activity and journalling booklet sent out in 7-day blocks.


●    Weekly videos sent to you to reflect on how you are going and deep dive into some mindfulness topics so that you can better understand this life-altering practice.


Normally, to get all of this, you would have to pay at least $150 - $250 for this level of program.
