Runner's reset day retreat: Saturday 21st October

Do you need a reset? Need to up your motivation for running? Or just want to spend a day with like-minded people focusing on running? Well then, this day is for you!

Start the day with a run!

The runner's reset day retreat will start with an approximately 2 hour run around beautiful Sherbrooke Forest in the Dandenong ranges.
This is a relaxed and fun run that will cater for all paces. It is about enjoying running with others and being in a beautiful location and there is absolutely no pressure to run at a fast pace!

The day's itinerary.

8am - ~ 10am: Run


10am - 11am: Breakfast (cereals and coffee)


11am - 12.30pm: Developing the right mindset for running and how to deal with setbacks.


12.30pm - 1.30 pm: Lunch (BYO)


1.30pm - 3.00pm: "Failing to plan is planning to fail': Goal setting


3.00pm - 3.45pm: Glute activation and core strengthening session (BYO mat)


4pm: Finish!
